To celebrate the 20th anniversary of SMS texting (on computers and cell phones), Moleskine presents a new notebook that’s a ballistic device for launching analog text messages (for you Luddites), inspired by the classic slingshot used for shooting notes between school desks. The cover is the launching pad; the three notches indicate the different load and range levels. The elastic is loaded with one note at a time, folded in four. The notebook contains a booklet with instructions and field-tested suggestions, and 56 pieces of blank paper ammunition, plus some ‘ammo’ pre-printed with ‘I love you,’ ‘Call me’ and ‘The answer is…’
