Ecuador’s New Health Minister to Close Christian ‘Gay Cure Clinics’

Ecuadorian president, Rafael Correa, announced the appointment of Ms. Carina Vance-Mafla, who is openly gay, as the Minister of Health and the newest member of his cabinet. She has announced that the health ministry will shut down the remaining religious clinics which promise to ‘cure’ lesbians and gay men of their homosexuality.
